Privacy foundation
A plain-English foundation describing the public ClearSpace experience as it exists now, without documenting later features as though they are already active.
ClearSpace lets people read specialist service and guidance pages, search published provider profiles where they are available, and follow provider-owned contact destinations from a profile.
The current public experience does not provide account registration, authentication, a public submission form, file uploads, payment, or in-directory messaging.
A provider’s service-enquiry destination belongs to that provider. When someone follows it, the enquiry leaves this Directory. Community Systems Group does not receive, route, or monitor provider service enquiries through the current Directory experience.
This foundation does not claim that the current public platform operates a provider account system, stores enquiry cases, runs analytics or advertising profiles, or processes payment information. Those functions are not active in this phase.
This notice requires human and legal review before production launch and must be revisited before authentication, optional analytics, enquiry handling, provider self-management, or any other new processing is introduced.
