Responsibility for Directory corrections and platform concerns

Community Systems Group operates the Directory and is responsible for concerns about the platform and how public Directory information is represented.

What belongs with the Directory operator

  • Inaccurate or out-of-date information shown on a Directory provider profile
  • A concern about how provider-supplied or CSG-checked information is labelled
  • A request to correct Directory wording or remove information from public display
  • An accessibility, privacy, security, or other concern about the public platform

What belongs with the provider

Questions about services, capabilities, availability, assessment, prices, quotations, or prospective work belong with the provider through the provider-owned destinations shown on its profile.
