Accessibility

Using this Directory as accessibly as possible

The Directory is designed for clear reading, keyboard use, responsive layouts, and understandable public information while its accessibility work continues.

How the public pages are designed

  • A visible skip link and logical heading structure
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, links, forms, and filters
  • Persistent form labels, instructions, and error summaries
  • Text and controls that reflow across phone, tablet, and desktop widths
  • Status and responsibility explained in words rather than by colour alone

What this statement covers

This statement covers the ClearSpace public resource, provider discovery, published provider profiles, and the public guidance and transparency pages.

The Directory aims to follow established web accessibility practices, but no formal conformance claim or external accessibility certification is made on this page.

If something is difficult to use

Use the corrections and concerns page to understand responsibility for a platform accessibility concern. An approved public submission channel is not yet available, so this page does not invent an email address, telephone number, or response time.
