How an organisation can use the Directory

An organisation may share a public Directory link, use the resource itself to understand the specialist service areas, or signpost a client, service user, family member, colleague, or member of the public to a relevant starting point.

• Share the resource where it is relevant and useful
• Point someone to guidance before they decide whether to contact a provider
• Use the service pages to clarify the kind of practical work being discussed
• Let the person decide what to do next and which provider, if any, to contact

Neutral signposting wording

An organisation could say: “This specialist resource may help you understand the type of support available and find providers serving your area.”

The wording should be adapted to the organisation’s own context. It should not imply that the organisation recommends, approves, trusts, or endorses Community Systems Group, the Directory, or any individual provider.

No account is needed to signpost

Network Partners do not need an account to use or share the public resource. There is no referral quota, commission, provider preference, or obligation to use a particular provider.

Materials that are not final yet

This page provides shareable application-relative routes, not a production campaign pack. Final QR codes, branded posters, downloadable materials, and other partner-facing resources require an approved production domain, final brand, final wording, and human approval.
